How to ensure accurate body scan?
Please check the list below:
Long Hair & Headgear
Ensure that you remove any headgear (e.g. hats, face masks, loose head scarves) before scanning.
If you have long hair (below chin-length), please tie it up above your neck before scanning.
Your neck must be clearly visible for the scan to be accurate.
Top Clothing
Women:
You must wear skin-tight clothing during the scan to receive accurate results.
We recommend a lightly lined or unlined bra, or a supportive bralette. You may also wear a skin-tight tank top if that’s more comfortable for you, but it must be completely skin-tight.
Please do not wear padded bras, sports bras, or bandeaus. You must wear clothing during the scan, do not attempt to complete the scan naked.
Men:
You must wear skin-tight clothing during the scan to receive accurate results.
We recommend no shirt at all for men, but you may wear a skin-tight spandex shirt instead if that is more comfortable for you.
Please do not wear loose t-shirts, sweatshirts, blouses, long-sleeve shirts, button-ups, or any other tops that are not skin-tight.
Bottom Clothing
You must wear skin-tight clothing during the scan to receive accurate results. We recommend spandex leggings, biker shorts, or form-fitting boxer briefs.
Do not wear loose-fitting clothing (e.g. jeans, sweatpants, khakis, skirts, or any other bottoms that are not skin-tight).
You must wear clothing during the scan, do not attempt to complete the scan naked.
No Shoes
Please do not wear shoes during the scan. Instead, you must be barefoot or wear socks. Wearing shoes of any kind will result in an inaccurate scan.
Windows/mirrors in background
You must not have any windows or mirror in the background during the scan.
