Please check the list below:
Windows/mirrors in background

You must not have any windows or mirror in the background of your room during the scan.

Incorrect poses

Please watch the animated scanning tutorial carefully before completing the scan.

  • Place your feet apart and align your legs with the outlines on the screen.

  • During the first pose of the scan, ensure that you “cactus” your arms at a right angle so your elbows are the same height as your shoulders.

  • Begin rotating your upper body to one side, keeping your arms in a cactus position with your feet firmly planted on the ground.

  • Rotate until your upper body faces one side of the room, then rotate through center all the way to the other side, then back to center.

Ensure no objects are blocking you
  • Your entire body must be visible by the smartphone camera during the scan.

There cannot be furniture, walls, other people, or any other objects blocking the camera’s view of you.

Ensure tight fitting tops

Women:

  • You must wear skin-tight clothing during the scan to receive accurate results.

  • We recommend a lightly lined or unlined bra, or a supportive bralette. You may also wear a skin-tight tank top if that’s more comfortable for you, but it must be completely skin-tight.

Please do not wear padded bras, sports bras, or bandeaus. You must wear clothing during the scan, do not attempt to complete the scan naked.

Men:

  • You must wear skin-tight clothing during the scan to receive accurate results.

  • We recommend no shirt at all for men, but you may wear a skin-tight spandex shirt instead if that is more comfortable for you.

Please do not wear loose t-shirts, sweatshirts, blouses, long-sleeve shirts, button-ups, or any other tops that are not skin-tight.
